We can now offer a DPF and Catalytic converter cleaning service, restoring your DPF and Catalytic converter to 98% of new. Our cleaning process is carried out with the unit removed from the vehicle. This is because on vehicle cleaning systems only successfully remove the SOOT from the DPF and not the ASH. The ASH being a bi-product of the vehicles regeneration process. Every time the vehicle carries out a successful regeneration cycle a percentage of the ASH produced is trapped within the DPF and over time this ASH builds up to eventually block the DPF.

If you are noticing any or all of the symptoms listed above then the time has come to take advantage of our service and restore the function of your DPF to 98% of its as new performance at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. We can handle DPF units of any size and shape for all vehicle manufacturers.
